純化水系統(tǒng)作為GMP認證的關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)，在整個認證過程中有著舉足輕重的意義。二級反滲透、一級反滲透+EDI、二級反滲透+EDI的核心工藝已廣泛用于藥廠的純化水制取。

純化水設(shè)備：預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)（包括多介質(zhì)過濾器、過濾器和軟化器）、純化水的制水系統(tǒng)：二級反滲透、一級反滲透+EDI、二級反滲透+EDI系統(tǒng)）、純化水分配系統(tǒng)、巴氏消毒和CIP消毒系統(tǒng)及控制系統(tǒng)（全自動化控制系統(tǒng)和自動控制系統(tǒng)）組成。

設(shè)備采用PLC控制，觸摸屏顯示設(shè)備工藝流程、電導(dǎo)率、PH值、液位、流量流速，同時可以在觸摸屏上實現(xiàn)手動和全自動操作。

在整套系統(tǒng)中一級、二級反滲透和EDI產(chǎn)水后設(shè)有不合格回流裝置，當產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率符合設(shè)定值時產(chǎn)水進入下一道處理程序，不符合設(shè)定值時產(chǎn)水返回至前一道處理程序重新進行處理。當純水箱滿時設(shè)備會全自動進入小循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，確保產(chǎn)水運行無死角。

全套系統(tǒng)具有高、低壓警報、水箱缺水警報、故障警報、壓縮空氣低警報、電導(dǎo)率不符合要求警報功能。三級控制系統(tǒng)、對產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率有儲存功能并有USB打印機接口，從而實施全自動控制和操作。實現(xiàn)原水泵輸送泵變頻控制。還配有無紙記錄儀、即時打印。
